We are happy to provide you with one-time services such as general Spring and Fall yard/property clean-ups, because sometimes that’s all you need. One-time services may cost a bit more however, because when you don’t opt for recurring maintenance services throughout the season there’s probably going to be quite a bit more work involved in a one-time service.

Regardless of your choice, we strive to be your returning landscapers of choice. But because we know you want the best value for your landscaping budget, and we know that your time is valuable as well, we have created specially priced packages that accomplish both. 

When you bundle a Spring and/or Fall Clean-up package with our recurring lawn mowing services, during our regular visits we can keep up the maintenance on your flower beds, perform minor tree/shrub trimming, edging, etc. That way, when it comes time for your larger Spring and Fall services, the price of your clean-up will be lower because your property has been continually maintained and there is less clean-up to be done.
